This is the meeting to discuss things pertaining to membership. Joining, resigning, transferring membership, what is a member, Matthew 18 accountability progressing to the final stap. Motions may be put on the agenda by contacting Amalya Hartley (Moderator) or Pastor Daniel Stevenson. Must be a member to propose a motion unless it is a motion to be accepted into membership. Meeting is moderated loosely by adapted Robert's rule of order as run by the elected moderator. Agenda is voted on at the beginning of the meeting and sealed. General shape of the agenda is as follows: Membership motions, Old business (stuff previously tabled or not resolved), New Business. Messengers to association, state, and National convention are elected in this meeting as well. Budgets are approved here. TEAM leaders are elected here. Etc. Basically, anything that the memebrship as a whole needs to decide on. Everyone is welcome and people are welcome to participate. Any member may make a motion that a vote be made by the members and the vote is conducted by the moderator ensuring that members only votes are counted.
