March Outreach teams are forming now. Get a partner or two and go knocking. The idea is to survery the surounding community and ask people if God might be preparing them to join us. We have a lot of ground to cover. We will not knock on doors of homes that have no solicitinig signs and WILL NOT push past any objections. We will offer and if declined, move on. See Allecia Shope to get on a team for going out.

Camp UCANN: It's coming again. In June this year we will be inviting boys 11-12 year old for a free week at camp.  If you have a boy who would ne interested in a week of camp for 2020 please contact us. The cost will be minimal or free with a scholarship provided by us.

Easter Activities are coming. We need candy for these events-individually wrapped and new is the best.

We will Cross Walk on the Saturday before Easter. All are welcome to walk with us. Some activities after. Bring your cross if you have one. We have a sixteen footer and several smaller. We will carry them through the neighborhood and stand for Jesus.

Tuesdays 6:30 beginning March 3rd we will host a small group discussion study from the Apostle's Creed. We will use a material and the scripture to discuss the core beliefs of Christianity as they were once laid out in the creed. Of course, we do not use a creed but the historical significance of this creed cannot be denied.
Pastor Dan Talks about the study:

In this session, parents are encouraged to share their experiences of aggressive and destructive behavior from their children and discuss some of the reasons children fight.

This group covers the skills that children need to be able to cooperate and get along with others. Parents learn how to teach skills such as sharing, communicating, and being gentle.

They also prepare plans to manage times when fighting and aggression do occur.
